Bozza ICE Iniziativa europea End the Slaughter Age (PRESENTAZIONE Associazione END THE SLAUGHTER AGE - Etsa)

PRSENTAZIONE ETSA: ETSA was born from a collaboration between the Italian Cultivated Meat Movement and the Anti Slaughter League (LAM). It aims to promote cell agriculture with the least impact on animals and in particular that cell culture that intends to collect cells from spontaneously fallen organic material (such as a feather for chicken meat), with the ultimate aim of definitively replace food animal husbandry with the innovations of cellular agriculture, especially as regards CHICKEN MEAT and EGGS. The ETSA proposes itself as an antispecisist organization in primis, environmentalist in secundis, but always maintaining ethics as a primary value and superior to any other value, for which they will be condemned all attitudes aimed at advising the consumption of an animal rather than a another in the name of an unspecified, also because it is always uncertain, improvement of the environment. The president also often went on radio and television to talk about cellular agriculture. The association will first use the funds for the 'Meat from a feather' project (to finance research on cultivated meat relating to the land animal killed in greatest number, the chicken, trying to reduce as much as possible the number of so-called 'withdrawals' and that they are from organic material that fell spontaneously, such as the case of a feather with regard to chicken meat). This 'Flesh from a feather' project collects together the principle of utility and innovation since it is a project of simple realization that would immediately allow to obtain a great utility for animals as it would immediately save the number from suffering and slaughtering the number taller than creatures! Secondly but not least we will deal with the vegetable or cultured eggs line, given the fact that egg consumption is increasing by 340% (source: WWF report on the damage caused by the consumption of meat and animal derivatives, Il Fatto Quotidiano 25 / 7/2021) and also the right consideration that for the other animal derivative, milk, the vegetable alternative or in any case cruelty-free is already a solid and appreciated reality for over 25 years! Subsequently, the association will use the residual funds for a wider application of cell culture and for post-ICE controls in order to verify the exact and timely application of the European initiative in the various member countries. End the Slaughter Age Staff ETSA nasce da una collaborazione tra il movimento italiano della Carne Coltivata e la Lega Anti Macellazione (LAM). Ha lo scopo di promuovere l'agricoltura cellulare con il minor impatto sugli animali ed in particolare quella coltura cellulare che intende raccogliere cellule da materiale organico caduto spontaneamente (come una piuma per carne di pollo), con l'obiettivo ultimo di sostituire definitivamente la zootecnia alimentare con la innovazioni dell'agricoltura cellulare, in particolare per quanto riguarda la CARNE DI POLLO e le UOVA. L'ETSA si propone come organizzazione antispecista in primis, ambientalista in secundis, ma sempre mantenendo l'etica come valore primario e superiore a qualsiasi altro valore, per cui saranno condannati tutti gli atteggiamenti volti a consigliare il consumo di un animale piuttosto che di un altro in nome di un imprecisato, anche perché sempre incerto, miglioramento dell'ambiente. Il presidente è andato spesso anche alla radio e alla televisione per parlare di agricoltura cellulare. L'associazione utilizzerà innanzitutto i fondi per il progetto 'Carne da una piuma' (per finanziare la ricerca sulle carni coltivate relative all'animale terrestre ucciso in maggior numero, il pollo, cercando di ridurre il più possibile il numero dei cosiddetti ' prelievi' e che provengono da materiale organico caduto spontaneamente, come nel caso di una piuma per quanto riguarda la carne di pollo). Questo progetto 'Carne da una piuma' raccoglie il principio di utilità e innovazione poiché è un progetto di semplice realizzazione che consentirebbe immediatamente di ottenere una grande utilità per gli animali in quanto salverebbe immediatamente il numero dalla sofferenza e macellare il numero più alto di creature! In secondo luogo, ma non meno importante, ci occuperemo della linea delle uova vegetali o in coltura, visto che il consumo di uova è in aumento del 340% (fonte: Rapporto WWF sui danni causati dal consumo di carne e derivati, Il Fatto Quotidiano 25/7 / 2021) e anche la giusta considerazione che per l'altro derivato animale, il latte, l'alternativa vegetale o comunque cruelty-free è già una realtà solida e apprezzata da oltre 25 anni! Successivamente, l'associazione utilizzerà i fondi residui per una più ampia applicazione delle colture cellulari e per i controlli post-ICE al fine di verificare l'esatta e tempestiva applicazione dell'iniziativa europea nei vari paesi membri.
